Chawanmushi cooking method [an indication for one at cooking time]

 
※The thawing recommends the natural thawing with the refrigerator.
 In the case of dispatch, please defrost it by running water.
 
・I empty the Chawanmushi which I defrosted into the container (a wooden bowl and mug cup).
・I excite the hot water (a one-third container is pickled) in a pan and hire a caliber for rap if it boils.

・If I let Chawanmushi lighten chopsticks or a spoon, and stock becomes transparent,
