Chawanmushi cooking method [an indication for one at cooking time]

  1. I empty the Chawanmushi which I defrosted into the container (a bowl and mug cup).
  2. I excite the hot water (a one-third container is pickled) in a pan and hire a caliber for rap if it boils.
  3. Of the pan close the cap, and only wait over a low heat 12-13 minutes.
  4. If I let Chawanmushi lighten chopsticks or a spoon, and stock becomes transparent, it is the completion.
